The mission of Erie Events is to provide world-class convention facilities and entertainment venues throughout the region to visitors and residents, their familes and friends. Erie Events strives to present a diverse selection of performing arts and sporting events enjoyable not just to residents of our own community, but also to meeting and convention visitors, travelers and vacationers.
We uphold our mission statement with the help of our nearly 700 part-time employees and 45 full-time employees. We always have part-time positions available and at various times we have full-time openings.
We direct all interested parties to our website http://www.erieevents.com/ to find the current open positions. Once you’re on the Erie Events website, click the “About” tab. A drop down option will appear where you can select “Employment Opportunities.” Once the “Employment Opportunities” page is open, you will see a variety of positions we are hiring for. A job description will appear once you click on the position. Also on the “Employment Opportunities” page there is an option for you to fill out an application and upload your resume to our website. If you are unable to do this, applications can be picked up and also dropped off at the Erie Insurance Arena Box Office during regular business hours.
Once we receive your application, we send it to the department supervisor of the division you are most interested in. The supervisor will review your application/resume.
