It seems EE Austin’s employees building the Courtyard by Marriott Bayfront Hotel have worked through the worst of the bitter cold temperatures as it appears the 7-day forecast is predicting a warm up.

The necessary underground foundation has been completed and now those passing by can see the hotel start to take shape. Sequence two of steel erection is going on now. Below the steel is the current and the future loading dock space, and above the steel will be the north wing hotel rooms.
