The Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel continues to bring home awards within the White Lodging Management Company and the Starwood Hotel brand.
White Lodging, the third party company that manages the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel, holds a conference annually in a different city. At this GM conference, White Lodging honored the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel with the following awards:
1.) Triple Platinum Award for balanced score card
2.) Best Customer Service score Guest Experience Index in the company
3.) Best Market Share in the Company; best growth year over year
4.) Rookie General Manager of the Year Award: Dan Pora, who has been with the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel for 14 months
Chicago just recently played host to the Starwood Sales Conference. In front of 4,000 Starwood Sales Leaders, General Manager’s, and VIP’s, the Bayfront Sheraton was recognized for having the best customer service scores in their brand of 206 hotels.
These awards come on the heels of the Sheraton being recognized as the #1 Guest Overall Satisfaction by Sheraton for North American Hotels in 2013 and 2014, plus the #1 for Restaurant Quality by Sheraton Globally in 2013 and 2014.
